Mary Neal's Open Letter to Google re S.968

Hello, Google:

It is good news for justice that the largest Internet company is a free speech champion, and I give praise to God for you, Google. I made three videos that might be useful in your defense regarding antitrust allegations. I do not know much about high finance, but I know more than I want to about retribution against people who insist that America BE what she said on paper, like Dr. Martin Luther King advised over four decades ago. When people and companies take a stand for justice as Google did in opposing Senate bill 968, persecution often follows. Senate bill 968 is called the IP Protection Act, but it is rightly nicknamed "Internet Censorship Bill." My videos will show Americans how important it is to oppose S.968 and any other Internet censorship bills that are introduced in Congress. Several Internet censorship bills have already been defeated. More specific information about S.968 is in my article entitled "Senate Bill 968 to Remove Dissidents from the Internet" and a second article, "Google Persecuted: Antitrust Investigation for Opposing S.968."

Google's opposition to 968 and Internet censorship as a whole is so important that it saves untold numbers of lives. If police want to kill black men, what stops them? My brother's secret arrest and murder proves that officials over police help cover up such crimes. When a large number of people are abused or die in a correctional facility or a city due to overuse of force by police officers or jail guards, citizens scream for a federal investigation. If the investigation is granted and a pattern of abuse is found, the United States of America may sue the officials in charge for Section 1983 violations. Then the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) is placed in overview to ensure that citizens rights are not violated in the future. Larry Neal's murder cover-up proves that IF future murders occur, the USDOJ officials actually help police or abusive prison guards cover up the brutality and deaths.

It appears from the things that happened in the War on Terror camps around the same time that Larry was murdered that they do not value lives, but appearances matter. As long as news about brutality does not get published and upset decent people of conscience, the federal government will wink at police brutality and inmate murders. Several more mentally ill people were murdered in Shelby County Jail after Larry's death was not dealt with according to due process of law. Abuses must be stopped, not covered-up by our justice system. Mainstream media will publish nothing about deaths and brutality that the government has restricted. The only real constraint against barbaric acts of violence like the secret arrest and murder of my handicapped brother becoming more common is the ability people have via the Internet to publish news and upload film that mainstream media refuses to publish.

Google, I read that your stock took a little dip when news of the antitrust allegations was published. Please understand that financial persecution is one of the methods used to punish dissidents in America. Even though it may be inconvenient to resist oppression, that is the only choice for people of integrity. The direction of America depends on our response to bills like S.968. it is important to remember it profits a man nothing to gain the whole world and lose his own soul. Many are the troubles of a righteous man, but God delivers him from them ALL. I believe Google will prevail against allegations brought by false accusers.

Regarding financial losses, I should have my brother or be a millionaire from the settlement or jury award for the horrible way police essentially kidnapped Larry and murdered him, lying for weeks about his incarceration until he expired under circumstances I can only conclude were so barbaric that the authorities resist disclosing them, regardless of FOIA requests and federal subpoenas, for nearly eight years. Secondly, we sued The Cochran Firm twice for entering into contract with my family under a blatant undisclosed conflict of interest and proceeding to lie to us for nearly the entire statute of limitations to prevent us from having a lawyer who would really sue Shelby County Jail for wrongful death and the State of Tennessee for neglecting to re-hospitalize the severe mental patient. Police denied having Larry incarcerated for three weeks before returning him to our family as a naked corpse with no explanation, records, or excuses for what they had done. Memphis, with all of its black elected officials, treated Larry's lynching like such things were handled in the 1940's - "Just cut the damn rope and hand the N to his grieving mother, and they'd better not give us any lip!"

When I responded to Larry's murder cover-up by declaring the injustice online, the stalking, computer takeovers and cyberterror.started. Their intimidation is like crosses burning in our yard. Last night God blessed me to break free of the cyberstalkers' blockade because He wanted me to warn people about S.968 and stand in solidarity with Google and many others for freedom of press. Gunfire erupted from some of the houses I believe they have citizens police living in nearby my home to take over my computer and watch our ingress and egress. Yes, they scare me, but moreover, they anger me. MY MOTHER IS NOT A BITCH DOG. SHE DESERVES MORE JUSTICE THAN PIT BULLS. I will never shut up. Try justice. That works.

After I started publishing our phone number at my blogs, CoIntelPro blocked most of our incoming calls except calls from family members. It is like being a prisoner with a strictly enforced visitors list. I am usually on the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Radio show on Sunday afternoons. This week, they intercepted my call and played a lying message saying the show's Blogtalk number was disconnected! I had to call a relative and ask her to call the Rev. Pinkney show to check the number, and she got through. That left me very little time to talk, and that was likely CoIntelPro's intention. They knew I planned to use the show to notify people about S.968 by listening in on my phone calls, and they do not want people to know about S.968 - they know it is bad law.

I get threats for truth-telling, Google. But instead of fearing what these fascists will do to me or to my family only, I fear what they may plan for millions of Americans as well as the Neals. Mine is a voice crying in the wilderness warning that time is short. We must use our freedom of press and speech as well as the right to assemble to unite and END FASCISM NOW, while those rights are still the law of the land. They may not be available forever, as S.968 will essentially end freedom of press for the average person. It is time now to turn off reality shows and deal with the reality before us. I live in dread that black people from Africa, white people from Europe's slums and debtors prisons, Asians who came to America centuries ago and worked as menial laborers, Native Americans who have been subjected to so much abuse, Hispanics, the new Ns, and Jews who fled Hitler and did not come to America to wind up in an oppressive society, might all awaken too late to unite and fight the oppression and poverty these people have subjected Mary Neal to since I first got "uppity" enough to ask, "What happened to Larry Neal?"

Yes, financial oppression is one of their punishments for standing for justice. But some face false criminal charges like recently deceased Geronimo ji Jaga (Pratt), a human rights activist who was set up by the FBI's CoIntelPro program to spend 27 years in prison for a murder he did not do. The government's surveillance records reportedly showed that the man was hundreds of miles away from the scene of the murder for which he spent half his life in jail Therefore, facing antitrust allegations does not mean there is any truth to the accusations against Google. In fact, the allegations do not necessarily mean that any of Google's accusers think the company has done something wrong. Advocates for workers' rights, environmental protection, peace, human rights for prisoners, or net freedom, etc., should read about CoIntelPro. The program supposedly ended in the 1970's, but it may have resumed. Before I researched CoIntelPro, I believed that only criminals needed to worry about the FBI.

I expected no one to believe me about the bizarre things I report, and that is why I was so careful to gather witness statements and video proof as events unfolded. But to my surprise, numerous people who commented at my NowPublic.com articles gave first person accounts of being similarly persecuted for standing against injustice in America. They are stalked online and in person like I am now for advocating against mass incarceration and murders of mentally disabled people like my brother, Larry Neal. When someone finally told me about an FBI program called CoIntelPro, I learned that none of this is new. Either somebody is closely duplicating CoIntelPro's methods, or the covert program that was used to suppress dissent in America has resumed. People of all races who protested war and social injustice were targeted by CoIntelPro, but I am mindful that thwarting justice for black people was its main goal. I wrote about the program in several articles. Just Google "CoIntelPro Mary Neal" to read some of them. Unfortunately, some decision makers have enmity with African Americans even when that feeling is not returned. Long before I became a human rights advocate, the system determined that my family was unworthy of DOG JUSTICE in 2003, and that decision has not changed under the present administration.

It was surprising and frightening to learn that the U.S. Government actually had a covert program operating through the FBI to prevent the rise of black leaders. It did not matter whether or not the target was patriotic or prejudice. What mattered was his race. I direct ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL (AIMI), an online advocacy group at Care2 that promotes decriminalizing mental illness and conducts a Human Rights for Prisoners March across the Internet. We have almost 300 members, although many more people joined. Cyberstalkers delete some of our AIMI members. The AIMI email address at Care2 does not work, I have no "reply all" at my email box like other people, and have been locked out of my Care2 Sharebook, which I spent hundreds of manhours creating. Stalkers also steal my followers from Twitter, where I am @koffietime, particularly black followers, people with large followers lists, and foreigners. This is done mostly to contain news about Larry's murder cover-up and disrupt my advocacy against mass incarceration. After I learned about CoIntelPro, it seems another reason may be that I am black, It does not matter that the overwhelming majority of AIMI's members are white. Any black person who can engender support from whites like Dr. King did is probably even more feared. What they fail to realize is this: It is not necessarily the messenger who people gravitate to, but the truth in her message. That is why harassing, intimidating, attempting to discredit, and finally killing Dr. Kind did not stop the movement. God Himself is Truth, and who can stand against Him?

The CoIntelPro program relied on operatives who infiltrated civil rights groups, gained the trust of the leadership and members, and reported to the FBI. Infiltrators who got exposed were no longer useful to CoIntelPro. Everyone who comes to know me as a prisoner activist and as an advocate for mentally ill Americans also learns about The Cochran Firm CoIntelPro fraud. I am not interested in fame, so for the first two years I wrote under a pseudonym, "Duo" at NowPublic.com, and I used my brother's picture instead of my own. But prisoner activism is not something a person can do effectively from home with cyberstalkers interrupting net freedom. Therefore, I complain about it a good deal in my articles. Ironically, the info war I am in has as much power to command the public's attention as my advocacy to decriminalize mental illness, expose Larry's murder, and warn people about The Cochran Firm fraud. The subject of cybersecurity interests people so much that writing about the things my cyberstalkers do finds a large readership. Doing justice is much easier than censoring people, especially when the cat is out of the bag already.

At first I only planned to advocate for human rights online until our case was out of federal court. I BELIEVED federal court would be more fair than Georgia Superior Court was. But it was not. My family was officially ruled "immaterial," and it seems that God wants me to continue the justice quest indefinitely. If hiding all of this information was important enough to hire stalkers and have four hackers working to take over my PC as I type, then it should be important enough to be just. I cannot tell you how many confidentiality agreements I typed as a legal secretary. But elitists rely on censorship, like S.968, to eliminate the need for dealing fairly with ordinary citizens. That is the point of persecuting you with antitrust allegations, Google. Elitists honestly believe that the protections we are guaranteed under the Constitution like equal justice and freedom of press are too good for Americans. They want to remove those provisions, and individuals and companies that intervene are attacked.

After federal court, I overcame enough of my terror to do public protests. See a photo of me picketing at CNN in my FreeSpeakBlog article (just Google "Mary Neal Pickets CNN), and read my plans to picket the USDOJ this summer like Cindy Sheehan stalked Washington years ago when her son died in a war that she doubted was necessary (Google Mary Neal Goes to Washington). With 2,600 advocates arrested since 2009, this is scary. But as I said on my video entitled "BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE," I refuse to be a slave. People who are afraid to stand up for what is right like Google does because they fear persecution have already accepted enslavement. When companies and individuals take a stand, it is important for other freedom-lovers support them. UNITED we stand! I cannot help it if I use clichés, Google. It is Independence Day weekend, and I really love America. Like Langston Hughes wrote in 1938, "O, yes, I say it plain, America never was America to me, And yet I swear this oath - America will be!"

I hope I can escape my stalkers and publish more videos to show Americans what they may face if S.968 passes. I have already experienced three years of covert censorship like everyone may suffer soon. The main reason I wrote about these crimes and published videos is because people need to wake up. Think of this: The main reason for my Internet censorship is to cover-up Larry's secret arrest and murder and to hide the fact that his death was initially covered-up. One Internet censorship law that I am relieved officials did not enact yet would have assigned Americans Individual Internet I.D. Numbers that would replace passwords for all our different accounts. Only you and Big Brother would have unlimited access to your emails, banking information, and personal documents. Your Individual Internet I.D. number would have to be entered before going online. If that ever happens, targeted individuals will be treated like I am when I enter my library card number into the system at DeKalb County Libraries. Wham! They know exactly where I am and which computer to attack. I put a video or two at my YouTube channel showing the PC takeovers in public libraries. One video showed them preventing my article from publishing at Care2 News Network. It is entitled, "Hank Skinner's Last Wish - Justice." (The U.S. Supreme Court stepped in at the last minute and stayed Skinner's execution, thankfully. And this week, President Obama asked the Supreme Court to stay a Texas Latino man's execution. The justice system is so flawed that we should just say, "DEATH TO THE DEATH PENALTY!")

Individual Internet I.D. Numbers would make it impossible for targeted people to go to any computer in America and work online without someone monitoring their searches, controlling their browsers, redirecting links when they try to read something that is not on their approved reading list, etc. It might be made a FRAUD AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT to borrow someone else's number. Frauds against the government can get people arrested, but The Cochran Firm fraud against my family was excused in two courts by judges who blocked the lawsuits from going before a jury.. I am not supposed to say or write anything about that, though. Has the First Amendment been canceled? "Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press . . ." One has to overcome the Bill of Rights to clobber the First Amendment, so if S.968 passes, it means Americans lost both.

Please don't ever let fascists change you, Google. You handle most of the Internet traffic. I think you are fair in your business dealings. It is incongruous that you stand firmly against censorship, but they essentially accuse you of censoring your competitors' links. I do not believe it, and your accusers may not believe it either. In this justice system, people sometimes stay in jail for years after their DNA tests prove they are innocent like Thomas Arthur on Alabama's death row. And Texas executed Cameron Todd Willingham although an arson report indicating the arson murders never happened was in the goverment's hands before the young man died. Innocent people being wrongly convicted and severely punished is not always accidental. (People can Google my name with either man's name to get the stories, at least until S.968 passes.)

I have personal knowledge that Google is honorable. In 2009, you canceled my AdSense account because wealthy, unethical people apparently had their secretaries click the ads on my blogs so often that Google AdSense customers were at risk of paying more than they should. I was frustrated and financially hurt when that happened, Google, but I admire you for protecting your advertising customers. It proves you are dedicated to fair business practices. Your customers would not know if they paid for over-clicks, but you have a system in place to guarantee fairness. I believe Google's commitment to honesty is reflected in all of its operations. Thank you, and please don't let them wear you down with antitrust accusations. I read that you handle over 85% of Internet traffic, and the government wants to be traffic director on the information highway through S.986. Google sets the standard for every other search engine. God has placed you in a position of honor. Please don't let Him or the entire world down. Keep fighting censorship, even when the government persecutes you like ancient officials persecuted the Prophets and Apostles. We shall overcome!

Americans do not yet know how controlled their communication and access to news will be when S.968 or some other Internet censorship bill is passed by Congress. The Internet is so important in the 21st century that the United Nations believes access to online services should be made a human right. The employment process is conducted online now. Most companies have too few customer service employees to speak with over the phone about essential services like utilities, banking, etc. People can access business accounts 24/7 online, but not people who are denied Internet access because they are targeted for persecution and censorship. My family never knows if/when the cyberstalkers will let us go online on our computers or when we can make or receive a call on the phone we bought and pay monthly fees to use, Society could roll back to the Puritan era when people who displeased authorities were excommunicated, and some of them starved to death. When elitists have no constraints, like net freedom provides, they can be cruel.

Do you know how my friend reached me to accept my offer to volunteer in her academy? She had called me repeatedly and left messages we did not get. Luckily, she is a family friend had other relatives' numbers to use to reach me. When my friend told me about the messages she left on my phone, she tried to prove it by showing me the call list on her phone, but they had disappeared from her phone, Google! She does not even use the same carrier that I use. Who can do that? They do not even want me to have a volunteer job, Google, because I would be around computers and phones over which their stalkers do not have direct control. A bill like S.968 gives the government control over all computers. Cell phones and television are digital and can be shut down instantly. That is enough of our communication to be in Sam's hands. Someone wise said, "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely."

Once S.968 passes, if it does, all Americans will be subject to the censorship I have endured for years, which is presently done covertly by cyberstalkers. The videos I made tonight show that cyberdogs would not let me upload Google Chrome or toolbar, but force me to use IE-8. When I set Google as my home page, the computer reverts back to its original setting. I do not think it is Microsoft's fault. Cyberdogs want to keep me away from the Google's Sidewiki feature and prevent ready access to my Google bookmarks. The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm (under new management) may be concerned that I would use Sidewiki to make notes with links to articles from my bookmarks that other Sidewiki users would see at The Cochran Firm's web pages. I have had both those features and did not use them to do that, Google. We do not seek revenge, but justice, which we believed courts would render. Wrong. At first, we believed when The Cochran Firm's top management knew about its attorneys defrauding us, they would want to be fair, if only to save the firm's reputation. Wrong. Elitists can arrange mainstream media censorship and hire cyberstalkers to save their reputations, eliminating the need for fair play. Can you imagine what life will be like for Americans when net freedom is really lost for everyone like it is for me?

Cyberstalkers can hear what happens in our home. I do not know if they listen through my PC microphone, my cellphone, or if they live close enough to my home to simply point a high-powered listening device. When the cyberdogs could hear me making the videos I have for you, and they decided to allow me to have Google Chrome. But they prevent me from opening my blogs using Google Chrome. I can only open other links, but nothing I published. (Preventing links from working is one offense allowed under S.968.) Thus, cyberstalkers still force me to use IE-8 instead of Google Chrome. Censored people, like Mary Neal and the citizens in Communist China, take what we can get. When I take the computer for service again, I will remember to have the technicians install the programs I want, since cyberstalkers prevent me from installing them at home. Even then, they may rendere the programs they do not want me to have useless. For instance, they do not want me to have Adobe Flash, so that program got disabled. Our real-time cyberstalking videos worry them. They do not want Americans to see how frustrating it is to use computers that they purchased with their hard earned money, but someone else controls. S.968 will make that legal.

Big businesses like The Cochran Firm may feel that as long as authorities allow their misconduct and the media hides their legal battles and consumer complaints, stepping on "lessers" will never be exposed. People in Georgia are amazed that The Cochran Firm's Atlanta office, managed by Hezekiah Sistrunk, Esq., was permitted to deny its public identity to avoid facing a jury when the firm was sued for fraud. However, courts of law cover for them and prevented our case from going to jury. Minorities, who comprise most of The Cochran Firm's clients, are deprived of consumer reports or mainstream news reports about the contradiction in the firm's representations on its commercials as opposed to its courtroom testimony. Elitists apparently expect cyberstalkers keep their victims offline or if their cowering at home when gangstalked until they can all come together and get rid of net freedom. I did cower at home for more than a year when I found out that being "in" meant elitists could actually have targeted working class people followed by four vehicles, waylaid at neighborhood businesses, and 911 police would not respond to the taxpayers' distress calls (Google my videos COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD 1 and 2).

When elitists read news on the Internet that they did not want exposed, it causes them to want to eliminate freedom of press. Perhaps they believe if there were no voices of dissent coming from activists regarding collective bargaining, war, social and economic justice issues, environmental injustice, prisoner abuse, and other concerns, the masses would not know about problems or would be more docile. That logic is flawed. History teaches that people have an inate yearning to be free. America was founded by people escaping tyranny, and early settlers had no Internet. Native Americans and blacks upon whose suffering the nation was built still strive for freedom and justice hundreds of years later and did so for years before the Internet was invented. Consider how few Egyptians are likely to have computers with Internet access. Yet they rebelled against tyranny. Where was the Internet when Dr. King led the Montgomery Bus Boycott? The People are innovative. If Internet access is terminated under Senate Bill 968 or some other fascist law, the People will find new ways to communicate and with be that much more angry.

Ending net freedom through S.968 cannot terminate the need for America to be true to what it said on paper - government of, by, and for the People. No justice, no peace. (MLK) I feel strongly that if S.968 or another censorship bill is ever enacted and used to control Americans like I have been, there will be civil unrest. I mean no disrespect to any nation, but this country would self-destruct if decision makers try to turn Americans into Chinese. I am a peace-loving Christian, Google, but the anger I feel when I am blocked from certain websites or when I work for hours on an article and the cyberdogs steal the data is something I have to pray about. I think censoring all Americans like I am now would lead to Marshal Law. I hope that is not something that anyone wants here - a police state. That is why it is so important that businesses like Google, Yahoo, Visa, venture capitalists, and others have joined their objections to those of most Americans who know about S.968.

When famous people and big companies face legal battles like Google does with the antitrust allegations, a media blitz ensues. If I enter the words "Google Antitrust" in my browser, numerous news articles respond. Negative press usually doubles when black people or companies headed by black people have issues. Think about Bishop Long, Michael Vick, Bill Cosby, Jessie Jackson, Michael Jackson, Tigar Woods, and so on - scandal after scandal. But when one puts "Cochran Firm Fraud" in the browser, zero mainstream media articles or videos appear. The Cochran Firm was sued for malpractice and fraud repeatedly by its clients, and some of its former attorneys sued the firm for racism and fraud after Johnnie Cochran died and the new white, Southern owners took over and kicked out Johnnie's Los Angeles staff, (according to former Cochran Firm attorney Shawn Chapman Holley's NPR interview, available online). The Bible says, "Blessed is he whose sins are covered." But one must be careful who he is being blessed by - Satan or God. One way leads to life, and the other to eternal damnation.

When you are "in," the media refuses to report litigation against you, the Better Business Bureau refuses to take complaints about you, the FTC and FCC may take complaints but withhold investigation and censure, the Urban League will ignore consumer complaints, civil and human rights orgs shrug their shoulders, and the really outrageous thing is that judges will allow you to claim "nonexistence" as a defense! All of those agencies covered up our complaints against The Johnnie Cochran Firm when it defrauded our family to help Memphis Shelby County Jail escape accountability for Larry's murder. Google, I am so glad that although yours is a billionaire company, you are not "in." What a tragedy it would be for the world if Google ever relaxes its standards and stops opposing Internet censorship bills like S.968. Murders and other abuses of power would increase substantially.

On January 1, 2011, several San Francisco B.A.R.T. officers stretched Oscar Grant on the train station's cold concrete platform and held the unarmed black man down while another peace officer straddled Oscar and shot him in the back. The 22-year-old father begged for his life, saying, "Please, I have a little girl." Boom! Police tried to collect cellphones from commuters who had witnessed the barbaric murder and filmed it. But they did not get all of the cellphones, and the videos were widely published that very day. As a result, the planned cover-up did not work, and one of the police officers was prosecuted and sentenced to prison for 11 months. If the situation had been reversed, Oscar Grant would have been on death row for killing that police officer or any other Caucasian in cold blood on video. And if commuters had no access to Internet services to upload their videos, and if activists had no Internet to report to the world the cover-up that was planned and track the court process, the officer may not have been sentenced even for that short time.

Grant's family settled their wrongful death law suit for a modest amount of money this week. I wish the civil case had gone to jury. With the graphic videos the plaintiffs had, I believe a jury would have been more generous. That may be why the government is not only contemplating Internet censorship bills, but also restrictions on citizens' right to videotape police officers. I learned when Larry was murdered under secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail that if there is any way possible to cover up lynchings, police officers and government officials will do it. Google, please keep on standing against censorship so such murders as Oscar Grant's and Larry Neal's will not repeat in deafening silence like the government seems to want.

In addition to an increase in police brutality and cover-ups if S.968 passes, innumerable advocates and businesses that are not "in" might experience persecution. According to an article I read by Stephen Lendman, the government could legally redirect browsers, cause, links to stop working, and delete targeted websites. I can show America what that censorship is like on the hundreds of videos I made to capture real-time footage of cybercensorship which is used to prevent me from exposing my handicapped brother's murder cover-up. Venture capitalists complain that the power S.968 gives government could be used to squash competition from start-up companies by keeping their goods or services off the information highway. Think of the political games officials could play with the power that S.968 would give! Incumbents could use their power under S.968 to punish companies that support their opponents by redirecting all links that should lead to their sites. That would be a real antitrust violation. And alternative news companies probably would not stand a chance, because they publish news that mainstream media censors.

Next time the cyberdogs kick me offline, I think I will write a short story using one of the scenarios in the above paragraph. The year will be 2020. The main character uses the power gained under S.968 to destroy businesses belonging to people who do not support her for re-election and everyone who objects to some policy she favors. In this futuristic America, the voices of activists have been silenced. But to give the appearance that the country still has free speech, sham protest organizations the leader established appear online. These organizations give the People an outlet for their mounting frustration, and their other purpose is to direct the People's fury at businesses that offend the incumbent. Her aim is to fully control business as well as government in America and other places. When her pollsters tell her she should not expect to win re-election, she uses secrets her cyberstaff brought her and her ability to influence business on the Internet to intimidate powerful people. In order to save their businesses, powerful people agree that elections should be suspended. The tyrrant becomes America's first queen! I think that would be an interesting short story for teen readers. I write short stories and poems when I am kept offline, Google. They comprise one of my unpublished books.

When I first became a CoIntelPro target, I could buy a new PC whenever stalkers loaded mine with trojans and spyware or took over the machine by remote access - I don't really know how they do it. But now I cannot easily purchase new PCs and get immediate repairs. I was a legal secretary earning a decent amount of money when Larry was murdered. I promised my mother that we would find out what happened to Larry and bring those people who were responsible to justice. Having been a litigation secretary for so long, I thought all that I had to do to fulfill that promise was to place the wrongful death case with good attorneys, and The Cochran Firm had a reputation for succeeding in police murder cases. It was shocking when the firm defrauded us to help the jail hide the murder, but I have learned about and published other evidence of the firm's deliberate malpractice against its own clients since then.

No matter how many times I read about gross injustices, I am still amazed each time. Why would people be so devious? And why did so many devious people decide to go into law or take positions as the People's representatives? Some elected officials spend more than they will earn during the entire time they serve in office in order to get their seats in Congress or whatever office they seek. I thought they were super dedicated, but now I wonder if they don't have some way of making their investments pay off. I hate to think that way, but there it is. Since their stalkers often keep me offline and I have no work schedule, I spend time stalking them back (picketing). Google "Mary Neal's STALK 'EM BACK Schedule" to see who is next.

Senator Patrick Leahy, who introduced S.968, and Rep. Alcee Hastings, who introduced H.R.645 in 2009, have strange ideas to be Democrats and Americans. I cannot understand it. We must pray for those in authority over us. And someone who has net freedom ought to start a PETITION for the government to STOP MESSING WITH GOOGLE FOR BEING DEMOCRATIC.We spend trillions to fight wars to "spread democracy" (?), yet here is a fine company trying to uphold those ideals, and what happens? Politicians from all over the country are announcing that their states will jump in and attack Google. Politicians should recognize that Google has their records and knows their secrets just like Wikileaks. Just a word to the wise.

Google, I grew up watching lots of television. I believed in police detectives like Colombo. I was saddened when that actor recently died. My faith that police detectives were really like his character also died some time ago. The small hope I still had that the justice system cares about "slave class" people being dogged out by elitists expired last week when Detective Miller, of DeKalb County Police Department, told me that cyberstalkers stealing data from my hard drive and destroying my computers one-after-another are not illegal activities. She did not even accept their IP addresses, which my computer's security system recorded, but I published them in my EXPOSED blog at the article entitled "Senate Bill 968 to Remove Dissidents from the Internet." Atlanta police threatened me in June 2010 with arrest for talking to people in person on the public sidewalk about my brother's secret arrest and murder. I went downtown Decatur recently to complete a request form to speak with CEO Burrell Ellis about the denial of police services and four police officers came. One of the officers said it was "strange" for me to be out on a rainy day. I believe they threaten me with a lunacy arrest for asking for freedom of press and speech. The following day, two police officers and a mental health worker came to my home. I am writing a separate article to inform the public about that in my FreeSpeakBlog called "CRAZY IDEA - JUSTICE IN AMERICA." Apparently, police in Georgia have been ordered to keep my news offline as much as possible until Senate Bill 968 or some other bill passes to kill American's First Amendment rights. It is apparently crazy that I want to be able to use computers and phones I bought without hackers taking over and preventing us from talking to people who are not on our "approved callers" list or uploading data and videos about what we endure.

DeKalb County Police ignored or does not know about the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the Internet Security Act of 2000 that made it illegal to do these things: covertly take over my computers through remote access, put my PCs on an Intranet that the cyberdogs control so they have the administrator's role and can disallow downloads like Google Chrome, surveil my activities online and use the camera and the microphone on my own PC to spy on us at home and listen to my plans as far as when I will leave, the destination, and time (stalkers are relentless), delete files off my hard drive, and corrupt my computer system so thoroughly that my computers are rendered useless. I recall reading about a school in the Northeast sending students home with computers that they used to surveil the kids. Why do so many people in authority want to spy on Americans and control all areas of our lives? Now the NAACP wants Congress to outlaw menthol cigarettes while the rest of us want to end the War on Drugs, especially repeal laws that target black people with particularity. Such a law would incriminate more nonviolent blacks, just like the new laws regarding undocumented workers will make more Hispanics eligible for arrest. Prison investors moonlighting as elected officials intend to replace more union workers and other American workers with imprisoned minorities by using such laws as these, but they do not want to let me write about it or speak against it. Can you imagine? The 21st century is truly a strange zone in America - Nazi.

CyberStalkers destroyed thousands of dollars worth of my computers, Google. I cannot afford to keep buying PCs since they won't even let my job applications get through to potential employers. Last time they destroyed a PC, I had to pawn one to pay to get the other one fixed. That is so wrong, Google. I cry about it and write about it, but no one in charge cares. They do not care about crimes against indigent black people, but they care if we do crimes because that creates an opportunity to make money off us as prisoners and enforce our labor to make even more money. Slavery lives in the prison system, Google.

Becoming a CoIntelPro target is life-changing. The corporate law firm where I worked when we sued The Cochran Firm in federal court in 2008 when the stalking began offered to place me in a position that would be safe from layoff before downsizing its Atlanta office. Unfortunately, I was so nervous about being followed home every night by up to four vehicles that I declined the offer. I was thinking that with my skills and experience plus a law suit in court against The Cochran Firm for its indefensible conduct as our lawyers, I would never regret the decision. Being gangstalked is very scary, Google, especially at first. The men were so bold that security guards at my building were nervous about walking me to my car at night. Sometimes the stalkers would drive right beside us as we walked to the parking lot, going 3 mph to keep pace with our steps. (Yes, I have affidavits from guards and a security report from the building, but police and the courts are not interested.) Those nights, I would just hum a hymn, "Trusting in His Holy name - Thank you, Jesus - He never failed me yet.") At least no one will gangstalk the management at Google for advocating for net freedom. You are wealthy people, so there are other ways to punish you, like antitrust allegations.

Financial punishment is what happens, Google, when you RESIST OPPRESSION. The Bible says in the last days, people will not be able to buy or sell unless they have the mark of the beast. My savings were exhausted the first year I was unemployed. My car was repossessed, and I have to rely on public transportation for the first time since I was too young to drive. God used my misfortune to eliminate some of my extra weight (smile). To reach the bus stop, .I have to walk by new neighbors from Alabama (where The Cochran Firm's home office is), One day, their preschool children waited until I was right at their driveway and begin to march and sing threats until I left their line of vision. The children point their index fingers at their heads as they marched and chanted, "Shoot! Shoot! Shoot in the head!" Gangstalkers try to upset their targets' mental balance, but I have the peace of God in the midst of the storm, Google. It is unthinkable for people to demonize their children or treat a black woman like I have been because we asked the USDOJ (under a black Attorney General) how and why my mentally, physically disabled brother was murdered.

Do you know of any other person killed while in jail and neither the jail nor the USDOJ will release records or answer questions about it? I use the persecution and genocide that happened in Germany to remind people that the time to stop government murders, secret arrests, and denial of records is when it begins. According to the online Jewish Virtual Library, Germany began by isolating and then killing the mentally ill. You should read some of my accounts about how mentally ill people are treated here, Google. We need to stop it now, before things get worse. I write, "First, they came for Larry Neal," but there were many others after him, black and white. Maybe there were some before Larry that I do not know about. I am not a prejudice person, Google, but plenty of people are, and they need to get over it. My mistreatment to hide a lynching proves that race and party loyalty should not influence how people vote. Eric Holder, a black man, is over the USDOJ. Kasim Reed, a black mayor, is over the Atlanta police. Burrell Ellis, a black CEO, is over DeKalb County Police. All of them are supposedly Democrats. One activist said today that people who do these things to curtail my freedom of speech and press and intimidate my family for telling about Larry's lynching are not really Democrats, but fascists.

I pray that as Google's management and attorneys go through the antitrust debacle, they will have a peace that passes all understanding. Blessed is he who suffers for righteousness sake! You will not go into battle alone. God is able to surround your attorneys with angels. Many more people than ever will admire and trust Google because you fight antitrust allegations in honor of our human and civil rights, unlike many elected officials who took oaths to uphold the Constitution and now want to pass Internet censorship bills like S.968. Google may wind up handling 95% of the online traffic instead of the high eighties, because all Internet users want their browsing history, emails and blogs with a company that respects us as Google proves it does by opposing Internet censorship in the USA and China.

As I read about S.968 online, it is evident that many people believe passing that bill could end freedom of press for all Americans. Thank you, Google, for supporting net freedom. I was surprised and pleased that Yahoo also opposes the bill. Surprised because none of my online services at that Internet provider worked right after I announced the Human Rights for Prisoners March that was scheduled to occur in Atlanta in 2009. But cyberstalkers have broad capabilities and must have overcome Yahoo's security - repeatedly, daily, for months.

Did you know I actually thought government officials would thank me for working to improve justice in America when I began advocating for mentally ill inmates? I knew nothing about private prisons and jails using people for profits. I used to watch "Yankee Doodle Dandy" every July 4th and cry every time I saw "Mr. Deeds Goes to Washington." I thought our representatives were really like Mr. Deeds, and maybe some of them are, like Senator Wyden, who prevented Congress from passing S.968. It seems they were working to get it passed sneakily, late at night, without Americans ever getting a chance to know we were about to lose First Amendment protections. Senator Wyden courageously blocked the Senate vote from happening until We the People were informed about S.968. Sen. Wyden feels constitutents should understand the ramifications and have an opportunity to support or protest the passage of the bill. I am sure that did not make Senator Wyden popular with some of his colleagues on Capital Hill, but it made him a hero to me.

I hope to upload my three videos this week showing Google how determined the cyberstalkers were to prevent me from downloading Google Chrome. The videos will be published with my other real-time censorship videos that are at YouTube channel JKEMPP703. If the cyberdogs prevent my upload (using my own PC and DeKalb County Library computers), then Google will receive a disc with the films via hand delivery. We do not use other relatives' computers for regarding the Justice 4 Larry quest, Google. Several of them had their PCs attacked, also. A niece's computer crashed immediately after I used it in 2010. Near the end of May 2011, someone went to the Comcast box at a close relative's home and changed all the wires to disrupt her Internet connection. They even took the tag that has her apartment number on it and put it on another wire to confuse the technicians. It took three service calls before the situation was remedied, and suspiciously, that did not happen until the 9th of June. We believe that was done to keep us from inviting more people to participate in the BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE initiative - a shopping boycott for the 9th of every month throughout 2011. Google "Boycott 4 Justice." So,if I have trouble uploading the "Mary Neal Can't Have Google Chrome" videos, I deliver you a disc or flash drive. The mail is uncertain. JULY 27 NOTE: I JUST TRIED TO UPLOAD FILMS AT MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL JKEMPP703, AND WHEN I HIT THE BUTTON TO UPLOAD VIDEOS, A STATEMENT APPEARED SAYING "NO MORE VIDEOS TO SHOW." I SHOWED THIS TO THE LIBRARIAN FOR A WITNESS THAT MY UPLOADING WAS PROHIBITED. The hackers know I plan to upload a video asking for a Constitutional lawyer to help me have freedom of speech and press as well as the three videos proving that Google Chrome is a service we cannot have on my home computer. The video upload feature at HubPages does not give me the option to upload videos from my hard drive as it should - only from YouTube. Thank God that YouTube and HubPages are not the only places to upload videos on the Internet and that JKEMPP703 is not the only YouTube account there is. Unless Georgia police do something else to stop me, we will upload our video advertising for an attorney, and we will deliver to Google those videos proving that Google may be the victim of antitrust violations. People should be allowed to change from Microsoft BING to Google Chrome, even if Google is against Senate Bill 968 and Microsoft is not.

Before the Internet, when customers were dogged out like my family was by The Cochran Firm to help Shelby County Jail and USDOJ officials hide Larry's murder, rich people simply arranged a media blackout, They never worried about their client base finding out about malpractice and deliberate fraud. Sociopaths do not care what they do to people in the "slave class" (meaning working class Americans or the poor, and especially minorities), as long as they can still say that America is a democratic country where everyone has equal justice. The main reason censorship is important to officials is this: It enables them to continue calling this a democracy without ever actually making it so. Murders of African Americans by police, executions of working class white men with their requests for DNA tests denied or late-arriving evidence of innocence ignored, starving a young mentally ill Latino man to death in the Utah jail tragedy this February, and elaborate cover-ups like my brother's murder engendered prove that many Americans are not treated equal to pit bulls, whether they are black, white, Hispanic, or other. Our biggest problem is classism. That is why I always urge Americans to lay aside prejudice and infighting and work together to accomplish Change.

Who should worry about Internet censorship? Independent news companies, bloggers, human and civil rights activists, people with political ambitions, and everyone who loves liberty. More businesses should be concerned about S.968, which could be used to run companies out of business that are not "in" like The Cochran Firm is "in." Companies that trust the officials we have in 2011 do not know who will be in high offices in 2020. Why give government that much control over your future earnings? Ten or twenty years down the road, if target companies depend on Internet traffic or if the Internet is their main place to advertise, the controllers might prevent the companies' links from opening when people try to visit their websites. That may be how they'll force large and small companies to get "in" on the wrong side during the Revelation period. The Bible says that government and businesses are going to unite to enslave the masses some day, and I believe that. I also believe if enough of us FIGHT OPPRESSION, we could make it a 41st century problem. If these people get many more ideas like S.968 and pass bills that prevent the freedom of speech, press, and religion, I think the Second Coming must be soon. It is my responsibility as a Christian to help the least among us, His brethren: sick, naked prisoners, the mentally ill. And it is my right as an American to practice my religion and speak my mind. Google, I could go on and on about this mess - censorship. It is hell. I believe I am the most censored woman in America, although more people have similar complaints now than when I started advocating for the least of these, His brethren, a few years ago. I believe the main reason why my voice is so viciously attacked online, and Atlanta police threaten to arrest me when I try to advocate for justice in public, is because law firms make the best CoIntelPro operatives. It would be inconvenient to lose that surveillance tool in the black and brown community. That will happen when Larry Neal's government-allowed lynching becomes common knowledge. Proof of the fraud against us to protect the jail and allowed perjury in court to dodge a jury trial is under the documents tab at our WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL website.

Injustice abounds, but God's love does that much more abound, If it were not for Google's integrity and the People's ability to publish justice issues at online Internet sites like Twitter, Facebook, Care2, NowPublic, IndyMedia, OpEdNews, and HubPages, and if it were not for bravehearts like Senator Wyden, many more Americans might be secretly arrested and murdered or starved to death in jail. Please Google my article entitled "Mass Incarceration and Murders of America's Mental Patients" for proof of how bad things can get - for all of us.

Thank you again, Google, for your commitment to net freedom. I believe it saves lives. People can read Senate Bill 968 and vote for or against it at OpenCongress.org. They can also see which representatives support the IP Protection Act, and learn what other large companies besides Google and Yahoo also support net freedom. Senator Wyden may be persecuted, for all we know, for blocking Senate's vote in order to give Americans a chance to learn more about S.968. I think the respectful thing to do would be to go to OpenCongress.org or to Thomas and read the provisions of the bill, read some of the average persons' reactions (89% against), and communicate with our representatives by phone, email, or schedule in-person visits. The First Amendment would be a big loss. Take it from me. I lost it years ago, if I ever really had it, being an African American in a family that cannot get DOG JUSTICE (Google my poem by that name, and pray for us and for America.)

America is celebrating 235 years of FREE SPEECH and independence from tyranny this weekend. Due diligence, inclusion, and unity may keep it that way. HAPPY 4th OF JULY!
